Honestly, the staff in this school are so welcoming, you can talk to them about everything and there is a sense of family. They look out for each other and even though it is my first year here, I feel part of the family already.

Regarding induction, it has been great, we had time with the Head, the Deputy and the SENDCO and SLT are always present and support us when needed it, they are always happy to answer any questions, give very constructive coaching and feedback and know the children really well.

This is a fantastic place to work at!
